Does Lack of Exercise Cause Lower Back Pain?
❓ There have been questions from individuals complaining of lower back pain, wondering if it’s because their entire body muscles weakened due to a lack of exercise. When considering that the cause of the pain is the misalignment of the spine, and muscle fatigue contributes to this misalignment, it is conceivable that the decrease in muscle strength due to lack of exercise is related to lower back pain. However, the answer to whether lower back pain improves with exercise is NO.
Of course, exercise is important, but it has a lower priority. The reason is that if you exercise in a state where you have lower back pain, meaning there is a misalignment of the spine, training may be counterproductive as you cannot maintain the correct posture and movement.
For example, which do you think is the correct way to exercise: thorough stretching and conditioning followed by jogging, or jogging in a fatigued state? Of course, it’s the former.
📈 In other words, exercise is recommended primarily as a preventive measure.
