Is Lack of Exercise a Cause of Bodily Discomfort?
⛹️♂️ The other day, I received a question from someone experiencing lower back pain: “Could my lower back pain be due to a lack of exercise?” Since the cause of the pain is misalignment of the spine, the answer is no; exercise is not directly related.
😣 While it is crucial to strengthen muscles through exercise, it has a lower priority. For example, assuming “having discomfort like lower back pain = having misalignment of the spine,” exercising with incorrect posture or movement can be counterproductive and carry risks.
✅ In other words, exercise is recommended primarily as a preventive measure. Initially, aligning the spine to fundamentally improve discomfort is a priority.
