Essential Water Intake for Health

How much water do you drink in a day? It varies among people—some consciously drink 2 liters, others may consume 1 liter, and some may only have 500ml. The ideal recommendation is about 30ml per 1 kg of body weight, meaning approximately 1.8 liters for a person weighing 60 kg.

There are three significant benefits to consuming an adequate amount of water:
